Canada's CBC Reports on HAARP, Which Could Disrupt Weather, Cause Earthquakes, and Perhaps Influence Minds -- Part 1

The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) reports on HAARP, the High Frequency Active Aural Research Project, based in Alaska. It is a joint U.S. Air Force and Navy project that uses 72-foot antennas, 360 total, spread out over 4 acres. It is publicly presented as a research facility, but some experts think it's a "Star Wars" device that could get out of hand. Even those who say its purpose is limited to research concede that military applications are possible.

HAARP is another example of taxpayer-funded technology that taxpayers know little about.
